Living the good life means living a healthy life. The Club’s fitness Center offers a full circuit of Paramount strength equipment, plus a full contingent of cardiovascular equipment from upright and recumbent bikes to elliptical and treadmills. The center also offers free weights, stability balls, BoSu’s, resista-bands, and a variety of balance equipment.

xercises performed incorrectly can injury the body. The Club’s Fitness Center has three certified Personal Trainers on staff to assist you will all your physical fitness needs. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up or simply enjoy a better quality of life they can assist you. A few personalized services the Fitness Staff offers all members are complimentary fitness orientations and fitness assessments which access member’s heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, balance, and upper and lower body strength.

Strength and Conditioning Classes

Throughout the year the fitness center offers over 23 classes a week that accommodate participants of all levels of ability. Popular classes include Stretch with Core, Total Body, Pilates, Yoga, Finning, Ballroom Dancing and a Sculpt and Glide conditioning class. Members can also join the staff for a leisurely bike ride around the island.


      

Indoor/Outdoor Pools Open Year-Round

As Hilton Head is surrounded by water, so is the Sea Pines Country Club, perched at the edge of an expensive tidal marsh. Not surprisingly, the Club’s pool facilities mirror our love of the water. The huge outdoor pool is set on a wide deck overlooking the marsh, representing a favorite gathering place for families and the many swim classes offered. Indoors, a heated 25-meter lap pool enjoys near continuous activities. Both pools are open 364 days a year.
