Healthy Changes
Change. It can stir up excitement or spark fear in the pit of our stomachs. Sometimes it does both. We yearn for positive change, we dread change that we can’t control, and more often than not we’re stressed even by changes we choose like buying a new house or accepting a promotion. Even small changes, like developing healthier habits to meet our health and wellness goals can create a little stress.

Most of us are always trying to change something about ourselves for the better – drink more water, cut back on sweets, work out more consistently, start meditating again, be more consistent in your golf game, improve your tennis serve… Some days we optimistically tackle our good-habit to-do lists, while other days we feel overwhelmed by the challenges of the changes we’re trying to make and wonder if all the effort is worth it.

If you sometimes wonder which changes are the most worthwhile, I came across this article from the Washington Post - If you’re going to make one change to improve your health, it should be one of these - that might help you to simplify your to-do list, prioritize it, or confirm that you’re on the right track.

Here’s to changing for the better!
